  10. This archive contains a freely available replacement for the main
  11. executable file of Team17's Alien Breed 3D. The patch fixes the inability
  12. to activate the of 8 channel 'surround sound' during the game.
  13. As with other in-game options, the patch can be toggled on or off during
  14. the pause mode. Simply use the defined up and down keys to toggle.

  16. To patch the game, simply copy the file 'ABD.PK' to the same directory
  17. on your floppy or hard disk where the original AB3D.PK file was located.
